Sponsorship Info
Fall Fest is a very costly endeavour, and we couldn’t do it without the generous support of our donors and sponsors.
Sponsors make a support commitment of $100 or more to the event. This commitment can be cash, services, or in-kind donations - we have accepted everything from Pathtag and geocoin design services to prizes for our silent auction, to discounts on items we are already purchasing, and more.
Sponsorship at Fall Fest is split into four main levels - Quartz, Amethyst, Emerald, & Diamond. Quartz level supporters contribute more than $100 in support. Amethyst level supporters contribute more than $250 in support. Emerald supporters contribute more than $500 in support, and Diamond level sponsors contribute more than $1000 in support.

Fall Fest is truly a unique event offering supporters exposure for their sponsorship contributions before, during and after the event. Our packages are available for the duration of the event, including our Wednesday "advanced entry" day. This provides you three full days of exposure to over 500 attendees, plus two partial days. Your brand will be visible to attendees throughout this weekend.
All basic event costs are covered by us, however your support enables value added activities for our attendees, enhancing their experience and your exposure. Your sponsorship is greatly appreciated, and in return, we will work with you to ensure you have everything you need available to you (power, on-site camping near the buildings, etc) to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
Total support value includes any combination of cash or in-kind contributions.
Sponsorship Packages
Diamond Level Sponsor ($1000+ support)
- Includes All emerald level benefits
- 1 additional vendor booth in the vending area (for 2 total - based on current availability)
- 1 "Sponsored By" Activity or Item (Pathtag Dice Game, Silent Auction, Geocaching event, etc as listed in the program and on our website.)**
- 1000 pc commercial item license (for coins, pins, trackables, shirts, etc. - includes event name, website, logos, GC#, etc.)
- Logo or name inclusion on sponsor banner with all sponsors (largest font/space)^
- Special Shout outs during opening ceremonies, closing ceremonies and throughout the event
Emerald Sponsorship ($500-$999 in total support)
- Web site logo on our home page + listing with link on our sponsors page for the calendar year^
- Full color logo on one (1) sign (Club 99, Camping Area, Parking Area, Bi-Centennial Building, Lions Building, etc.)
- 1 vendor space in our vending area (based on current availability)
- Logo or name inclusion on sponsor banner with all sponsors (second largest font/space)^
- Your Banner or flag displayed prominently at the Main Entrance to event*
- Full Page advertisement in printed program***
- Optional: inclusion of item(s) in welcome package for attendees
Amethyst Level Sponsor ($250-$499 in total support)
- Web site logo on our home page + listing with link on our sponsors page for the calendar year^
- 1 segment in the vending area (based on current availability)
- Logo or name inclusion on sponsor banner with all sponsors (third largest font/space)^
- 1 vendor space in our vending area (based on current availability)
- Half Page advertisement in printed program***
- Optional: inclusion of item(s) in welcome package for attendees
Quartz Level Sponsor ($100-$249 in total support)
- Web site logo + listing with link on our sponsors page for the calendar year^
- Logo or name inclusion on sponsor banner with all sponsors (fourth largest font/space)^
- 1 vendor space in our vending area (based on current availability)
- Quarter Page advertisement in printed program***
- Optional: inclusion of item(s) in welcome package for attendees
Customized Sponsorship (Above $1000 support)

The Fine print:
* You must provide the banner/flag and provide shipping costs to/from the event or disposal instructions.
** Brought to you by activities are first come first served and may not be possible to provide late sponsors due to schedule printing requirements.
***Design work not included in advertisements for printed materials - you must send a digital file with any artwork or advertisements prior to printing deadline (August 1st) for inclusion
^Font/Size of banner image and website logo will be dependent on total number of vendors. Size will scale from largest to smallest amongst 4 sponsor tiers.
